Mark Chester, the Principal Consultant, has been working with trees all his professional life. He has experience working in the planning process and has been a tree officer within several local authorities, including work in tree protection and contract management.
With a Honours degree in Landscape and Amenity Horticulture from Pershore College, he has pursued vocational studies in arboriculture. An ISA Certified Arborist, he has the Technician's Certificate in Arboriculture.
He is a Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association, the Institute of Horticulture, the International Society of Arboriculture and the Consulting Arborist Society. An Associate of the Institute of Chartered Foresters, he is a member of the Royal Forestry Society. These memberships require a commitment to Continuous Professional Development.
Mark regularly attends technical seminars and is a committee member of the Midlands Division of the Institute of Chartered Foresters.
