We provide flexible temporary or longer term support for tree officers/landscape officers tailored to cover for temporary absences and to supplement your existing team.
We can help with:
- Professional assessments on the arboricultural and landscape issues raised by proposed developments.
- Processing applications to work on protected trees, writing reports and recommending approval or refusal with conditions.
- Many of the Tree Preservation Orders (TPOs) held by Local Planning Authorities are out of date and may not be enforceable. The task of reviewing these can seem daunting. A desk top review (which can be undertaken at our own offices or at your offices) is a quick, efficient and effective way to identify where problems are so you can target resources appropriately.
- Enforcement and prosecutions: Advice regarding how to enforce breaches of TPOs and whether a prosecution is appropriate.
