TPO Enforcement
When a TPO has been breached, by unauthorised pruning or felling, or exceeding approved work, a Local Planning Authority can pursue enforcement action. We can advise on the merits of the case and provide technical support including expert witness input.
TPO Review
Many TPOs are unenforceable or protect trees no longer worth protection, generating avoidable administration. With an initial desk top review to identify priority files, we can ensure enforceable Orders and survey areas as required to ensure accurate records.

Flexible support to process enquiries from the public including advising on requests for work.
Subsistence Cases
Trees and shrubs are often implicated in subsidence cases, even when investigations are incomplete and the extent of their involvement is unclear. Removing trees prematurely can cause further problems such as heave and involve the loss of mature landscape features. We can evaluate the case and provide technical support to ensure informed decision-making.
